We're building a dealer network across the US and looking for equipment dealers, rental yards, and outdoor power dealers who want a compact equipment line that moves.
Why Carry Yellow Jacket
A price point that closes. The mini skid steer category has a gap: premium brands at premium prices, and import machines with no support behind them. Our machines sit in between — real equipment on common engine platforms, priced where a one-crew contractor can actually buy one. That's a large and underserved buyer.
Universal attachments. Every machine ships with an industry-standard universal quick-attach plate as standard equipment. Your attachment inventory serves the whole line — and attachments built for Toro, Ditch Witch, Vermeer, and Boxer fit too.
Common engine platforms. Kubota and Yanmar. Your existing service department can already work on these. No proprietary engine training, no single-source parts channel, and your techs aren't learning a new platform.
Parts stocked in Ohio, shipped same-day. Parts availability is what determines whether a dealer relationship works. Yours ship the day you order.
In-stock inventory. No allocation, no build slots, no telling a customer to wait until next quarter.
A manufacturer that answers the phone. Small company, direct line.

Who We're Looking For
Equipment dealers adding a compact line or filling a price-point gap.
Rental yards who sell as well as rent, and who already understand this category's economics.
Outdoor power equipment dealers whose customers — landscapers, tree services, property owners — are the exact buyers for this equipment.
Ag dealers in markets where farms, equine operations, and rural property owners are the customer base.
Regional priorities: we're building nationally and will talk to any market where you can sell the line and stand behind it.

FAQ
What's the minimum order?
Four units to get started.
Is territory protected?
Yes, as long as you're moving units and supporting the customers you sell to. Protection is tied to performance, not just to a signature.
What's the margin?
Typically 15–20%.
How does warranty work?
Machines carry a two-year limited parts warranty. If we have the part on the shelf, we ship it to you. If we don't, we put you in direct contact with the manufacturer instead of leaving you to chase it.
Do you offer floor plan financing?
No. Dealers purchase their inventory outright.
Can I get a demo unit?
No. There's no demo program — demo units are purchased like any other unit.
Do you sell direct in dealer territories?
Yes, and you should know that going in. We sell factory-direct nationwide, including in territories where we have a dealer. Territory protection means we won't appoint a second dealer in your area; it doesn't take the factory out of the market. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out after you've stocked four units.
What training is provided?
Product knowledge for your sales floor, plus help getting set up with our financing partners so your people can close on the spot.
Do you share leads from the website?
Yes. Dealers are listed on the locator, and inquiries from your area come to you.
How long has Yellow Jacket been in business?
The parent company has been in business 18 years.
